Every code is sourced from official Minecraft giveaways and promotions, and checked before it is listed for sale. Once a code sells it is marked as used and never listed again, so you receive a genuine, unredeemed code rather than a shared account. You redeem it the normal way through Mojang's own site. We cannot speak for Mojang's policies or how they may change, but redeeming a genuine code is the same action as redeeming one from any other source.

Delivery is automatic. Your code appears on the confirmation page the moment your payment clears, with no manual step on our side. We also email a copy to the address you gave at checkout, so closing the page does not lose it.

Check the confirmation email we sent to the address you used at checkout — it carries your codes. The link to your confirmation page keeps working too, so it is worth bookmarking. If you have neither, message us on Discord with the email address you used and we will look your order up.

Redemption takes a few short steps rather than one click. Enter the code at minecraft.net/redeem and equip the cape on your profile there. If you play Bedrock Edition, open it and equip the cape again inside the game. Then sign out of minecraft.net, sign back in, and select the cape in your in-game skin settings before it will appear.

We accept card payments, handled by Stripe, and cryptocurrency, handled by NOWPayments. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.

Codes are non-refundable once they have been shown to you, because an issued code cannot be un-issued. Delivery is automatic and completes within seconds, so there is rarely a window in which an order can be stopped. For delivery issues, an incorrect code, or anything else that does not look right, contact us on Discord with your order details so we can find your purchase and resolve the issue quickly.
